Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and promotional materials are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the return label and ship the package to our central warehouse; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods and confirms their condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
